I am a seasoned process automation professional exploring a transition to nonprofit work. With 30 years in financial services and a Master in Social Work, I want to apply my digital transformation skills to help social service agencies reduce paperwork and focus more on their mission. I plan to start pro‑bono with the intention of scaling to a sustainable model if the work proves effective.

Background

My specialty is process automation and digital transformation: reducing manual processes and unnecessary keystrokes through modern tools. I completed an MSW about 20 years ago and observed during my practicum that social workers often spend significant time on forms and administrative tasks instead of direct client work. That experience, combined with decades of technical and operational experience, motivates this shift toward nonprofit-focused support.
